This bathroom design’s goal was to create a spa-like feeling within a small space. First, a frosted glass pocket door was added to bring in more light and keep circulation door-swing free. The design also includes an integrated LED step light given the apartment presented challenges in shifting the placements of the two bathrooms and a higher floor height was necessary to connect to building plumbing. The light-colored master bath marble envelops the floors and walls helping expand the space. The creamy subtle movement of the marble creates an added layer of depth as well as a clean, fresh look that pairs with the vanity and linen tower’s subtle wood graining. The shell tiled accent wall and shower niche has a lavender hue, the wife’s favorite color, which create a special glimmer as one moves in the calm oasis.
